Will my UK mailboxes be on the same Microsoft 365 tenant as the parent?

We can either provision into your existing global Microsoft 365 tenant (preferred when central IT manages identity) or stand up a separate UK tenant for organisational independence. We confirm the architecture in a 30-minute call before provisioning.

Why do I need SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured?

Without correctly configured SPF, DKIM and DMARC records, outbound email from your UK domain is increasingly flagged as spam by Microsoft, Google and Apple inbox filters. Our setup hardens deliverability so your first UK outreach actually lands.

Can I keep my existing email addresses during the transition?

Yes. We can mirror your existing global addresses on the UK domain, run dual delivery during a transition window, or migrate fully — including historical mail import. The approach is agreed before any DNS changes go live.
