Which roles do you recruit for?

The first three UK commercial hires, typically: a country manager or general manager, a senior account executive and a marketing lead. We can extend to operations and engineering hires on request, with the same retained search model.
How is the fee structured?

Our fee is a flat, retained engagement per role, not a percentage of salary. This keeps incentives honest: we are paid to find the right person at the right level, not to inflate the offer.
What if the hire doesn't work out?

We offer a free replacement search within the first six months for any retained role, subject to the standard professional terms agreed at the start of the engagement.
