What's a leased line and do I really need one?

A leased line is a dedicated fibre connection to your office — symmetric upload and download, no contention with neighbours, with an SLA on uptime and fix times. For any team that depends on bandwidth (engineering, finance, media, video calls), it pays for itself in lost time avoided.

How long does a UK leased-line install take?

60–90 days is the working assumption, driven by Openreach site surveys, wayleaves and civils work. We start the procurement the moment heads of terms are signed on the premises to keep installation off the critical path.

Can I port my existing UK phone numbers?

Yes. UK geographic numbers (020, 0161, 0131, etc.) can be ported into our VoIP platform from any UK carrier, typically within two to three weeks of authority being granted.
