Yes. The majority of our briefs come from overseas. We run viewings on your behalf with full video walkthroughs, condition reports and a written shortlist scorecard so you can shortlist remotely before flying in for the final two or three options.

What's the typical commitment length for a UK commercial lease?

Conventional leases run five to ten years with a five-year break, but the UK market also offers flexible serviced or managed options from 6–24 months. We benchmark both routes against your projected headcount before going to viewings.

Do you negotiate the lease itself?

We negotiate heads of terms — the commercial deal — alongside your solicitors. We do not provide the legal lease review itself; that sits with your appointed UK property lawyers, with whom we work as standard on every brief.
