Are the BDRs employed by Setupinuk or by me?

They are employed by Setupinuk and dedicated to your account during the engagement — you carry no UK employment liability while you prove the market. Direct hires can be transitioned across via our Direct Sales Recruitment service when you are ready.
Will the team work my CRM and tooling?

Yes. We work inside your CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive or similar), your sequencing platform and your data sources. There is no Setupinuk middleware between you and your pipeline.
What does a typical first 90 days look like?

Week 1–2: ICP and messaging workshop, CRM and sequencing build. Week 3: first outbound goes live. Week 4 onwards: weekly pipeline reviews, monthly performance and message tuning, quarterly co-planning with your global head of sales.
